Why can’t I limit all sharing? 

Because we do not share your personal information for marketing purposes, many of these limitations do not apply to our practices. Federal law gives you the right to limit only certain types of sharing: 

• Sharing for affiliates’ everyday business purposes – information about your creditworthiness 

• Affiliates from using your information to market to you 

• Sharing for nonaffiliates to market to you  

State laws and individual companies may give you additional rights to limit sharing.

A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you. 

• Total Alignment Charitable may collaborate with partner organizations for joint marketing or outreach efforts. These collaborations are conducted in accordance with applicable laws and do not involve sharing personal information for marketing purposes.
